(VOVworld) – 250 officials, referees, and contestants from 20 countries gathered at the 4^th World Vovinam or Vietnamese martial arts Championship which opened Thursday in Algeria.

The 4 th World Vovinam (Vietnamese martial arts) Championship will be taking place in Algeria from July 30-August 1, drawing the participation of 250 officials, referees and contestants from 20 countries worldwide.

Continuously from 2000 until now, Vovinam Vietnam Traditional Martial Arts and international friends are welcome through referral, overseas promotion events including the World Martial Arts Festival in Chungju, South Korea an important event will join this outstanding event with martial arts 44 of 40 countries in the world.
