This sport is known in the world today as a scientific, sophisticated and fast applied sport which is Bangladesh Olympic, World Olympic, SAF, Asian and internationally known and recognized sport. The game was established in Bangladesh by Dildar Hasan Dilu, an international martial arts expert, legend in the world of martial arts, and President’s Medal-winning Grand Master. Due to which he is the father of Vovinam game in Bangladesh. The game of Vovinam will help all classes of people in the country to become disciplined forces. All regions of Bangladesh will be covered under this constitution for the welfare of all classes of people in the whole of Bangladesh. That aspiration has been reflected in this constitution. This Constitution (hereinafter referred to as the Constitution) shall be called the Constitution of the Bangladesh Vovinam Association. All matters relating to sports in Bangladesh will be covered under it.
