Students from various districts took part in the Tamil Nadu State-level Vovinam Championship held recently.
S.Yogiraju of Hilton Matric. Hr. Sec. School, Old Courtallam, won the gold medal in 75-80 kg weight category and M. Mohammed Razid of the same school won the bronze medal in 50-55 kg weight category.
S. Yogiraju has been selected for the national-level championship, to be held in Pune. which will be held in Pune, Maharashtra.
